EBS Ontrack Tribal ILP

The roles in the EBS Ontrack Tribal ILP group control the tasks a user can undertake in the Tribal ILP module in Ontrack Staff Hub.

Required ontrack ILP Roles

The roles available in the EBS Ontrack Tribal ILP group are described in the following table.

Role Allows users to...

ILP Administrator

Access to all ILP Admin screens and functionality except for the Groups screen.

ILP Manager

View all ILP screens, but not edit or create.

ILP Tutor

ILP Tutor in Ontrack Staff Hub and associated REST Services.
Add all learner targets

Allows staff to add targets for learners you are not linked to, if you have the appropriate permission.

When learner search is enabled and you have permission:

  • Staff can search for any learner in ILP Tutor.

  • Staff can view the learner’s existing targets and reviews.

  • Staff can use the Add target button on the Open targets tab to create a target.

If you do not have this permission, the Add target button is not available, even if learner search is enabled.

The Enable Learner Search in ILP Tutor institution settings must be set to Yes.
